Heisei Kanko Holds 2026 New Employee Entrance Ceremony
Heisei Kanko Co., Ltd., which operates pachinko parlors nationwide
(Head Office: Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture; President and Representative Director: Shoichi Higashino),
held its FY2026 new employee entrance ceremony on April 1, 2026, at the Ceramic Park MINO International Conference Hall in Tajimi City.
At the ceremony, President and Representative Director Shoichi Higashino addressed the new employees, emphasizing the significance of working and the importance of gratitude, while also speaking about the unstable global situation and the current state of Japan.
He stated that although the amusement industry is often said to be facing difficult times, mass entertainment is absolutely essential. He added that he hopes to build a company that can grow together with its employees so that pachinko can become something even more familiar and accessible to people.
Referring to last year’s M&A, through which the company became the HK Holdings Group with a total of 55 stores nationwide, he also spoke about the company’s future outlook. He concluded his message by saying:
“Congratulations on joining the company today. Let’s work hard together.”
Following the presentation of appointment letters and the awarding of company badges, Yuha Isozumi, representing the new employees and assigned to KEIZ Nakagawa Unga Store, delivered a pledge on behalf of the group:
“We will never forget the inspiration we feel today, and as members of Heisei Kanko, we will contribute to the development of society.
We will value the Heisei spirit and provide excitement and peace of mind to people in the community.
We are determined to face any difficulty and to follow in the footsteps of our senior colleagues.”
This year, 13 new employees joined the company, consisting of 9 men and 4 women. After completing in-house training through April 4, they are scheduled to be assigned from April 7 to KEIZ stores in the areas of Aichi, Gifu, Shiga, Ishikawa, Toyama, and Nagano.
